1. In a preheated wok, heat the oil and stir-fry the chicken for 1 minute. Add the water chestnuts and chives and cook for 2 minutes. Add the pine nuts and cook for 1 minute. Add the salt and pepeper and stir. 2. To serve, place a spoonful in the center of each lettuce leaf, then top with the plum sauce and fold the lettuce leaf to make a small roll. |
