1. Heat the oil in a wok over a medium-high heat. Add the fish, onion, garlic, gingerroot, asparagus, and mushrooms. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. 2. Stir in the soy sauce and lemon juice and cook for another minute. Remove from the heat and transfer to warm serving dishes. 3. Serve on cooked noodles. |
