1. In a preheated wok, heat 2 tablespoons of the oil and cook the crab over high heat for 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside. 2. In the clean wok, heat the remaining oil, then toss in the gingerroot and stir until fragrant, Add the scallions, then stir in the crab pieces. Add the light soy sauce, sugar, and pepper. Cover and simmer for 1 minute and serve immediately. |
