1. Heat the oil in a preheated wok and stir-fry the rice for 1 minute, breaking it down as much as possible into individual grains. 2. Quickly add the egg, stirring, so as to coat each piece of rice. Stir until the egg is cooked and the rice, as far as possible, is in single grains. Serve immediately. |
