1. Put the dried mushrooms in a bowl, cover with boiling water, and let soak for 30 minutes. Drain, then break up any larger pieces. 2. Heat the oil in a wok and stir-fry the steak over high heat until browned. Add the mushrooms, onion, garlic, bell pepper, and celery, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes. Add the curry paste, beef stock, and black bean sauce, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. 3. Meanwhile, cook the noodles in boiling water for 3-4 minutes, drain well, and stir into the wok. Sprinkle the parsley over and stir. Serve immediately. |
