1. Combine all the marinade ingredients in a bowl and marinate the beef for at least 20 minutes. 2. Cook the rice sticks according to the directions on the package. When cooked, drain and set aside. 3. In a preheated wok, heat the oil and stir-fry the beef for 1 minute, or until the meat has changed color. Drain the meat and set aside. 4. Pour off any excess oil from the wok and stir-fry the onion and bell peppers for 1 minute. Add the black bean sauce and stir well, then pour in the light soy sauce. Toss the rice sticks in the vegetables and when fully oncorporated, add the beef and stir until warmed through. Serve immediately. |
