MIX juice, sherry, teriyaki sauce, salad dressing mix and oil until well blended. RESERVE 1/4 cup dressing mixture. Pour remaining dressing mixture over salmon; cover. Refrigerate 30 to 60 minutes to marinate. Drain; discard dressing mixture. PLACE salmon on greased grill over medium-high coals or on rack of broiler pan 3 to 5 inches from heat. Grill or broil 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until salmon flakes easily with fork, brushing occasionally with reserved dressing mixture. |
