Monkfish Stir Fry

IngredientsDirection
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 lb monkfish steaks, cut into 1 inch chunks
1 red onion, sliced thinly
3 cloves garlic, chopped finely
1 tsp grated fresh ginger root
8 oz fine tip asparagus
3 cups mushrooms, sliced thinly
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
lemon wedges, to garnish
cooked noodles, to serve

1. Heat the oil in a wok over a medium-high heat. Add the fish, onion, garlic, gingerroot, asparagus, and mushrooms. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

2. Stir in the soy sauce and lemon juice and cook for another minute. Remove from the heat and transfer to warm serving dishes.

3. Serve on cooked noodles.
